Cost-effective YSI probe measures temperature with YSI Precision interchangeable thermistors, All Series 400 probes can be used interchangeably without meter recalibration. Water-resistant junctions between probe and lead should not be immersed; detachable leads are not water resistant. Cleaning Probes should be cleaned with a mild detergent and water to remove excess bioburden and improve effectiveness of disinfection and sterilization

- YSI 401 General Purpose Probe Range 401: -40 to +100°C

- 10 ft lead with phone plug (except as noted).

- The time constant is the time required to reach 63.2% of the temp being measured.

- Five time constants are required to reach 99% of full reading.

Accuracy 400 Series: ±0.2°C from -1° to 60°C, ±0.1°C from 25° to 45°C
