Description:

This drill pin is used for the Arthrex Distal BicepsButton. It is used for the following techniques and has a diameter of 3.2mm: Cortical Button Tenodesis Technique, Pec Button Technique, Pec Repair Technique, Tension Slide Technique. 
Cortical Button Tenodesis Technique:
Subpectoral Biceps Tenodesis using cortical buttons and the Tension Slide Technique allows the surgeon to reliably tension and repair the long head of the biceps using either a bicortical or unicortical repair.  
The Bicortical technique utilizes the BicepsButton™ to draw the tendon against the distal cortex of the bone socket. A Tenodesis Screw™ may be added to further augment the repair.
