The Eppendorf Mastercycler Gradient 5331 is PCR device for all molecular biological and biochemical laboratories in the field of basic research or routine diagnostics. This unit is Preowned and in Good Condition.

Temperature control is carried out with Peltier elements, which enable extremely rapid changes in temperature of up to 3 °C per second. This allows the temperature of the samples to be controlled extremely rapidly between 4 °C and 99 °C. The device is easy to operate, with user guidance available in the integrated, eight-line display. Experiments and tests can be documented with the aid of a printer which may be connected up to the device.

FEATURES

·       To prevent the formation of condensation, the devices have a heated lid which has been perfectly tailored to suit all tubes.
