VENDOR DESCRIPTION

The AngioJet Thrombectomy System is our most advanced system to restore blood flow to thrombosed arteries and veins.  It offers all of the power and performance of our earlier AngioJet systems, but with integrated disposables and fast, simple set-up. This is a catheter-based system for the removal of blood clots from native and grafted arteries and veins.

 

The AngioJet Rheolytic Thrombectomy System is a device for mechanical removal of fresh or semi-organized thrombus through percutaneous vascular access. Various versions of catheters have been developed and tailored for unique clinical applications.

 

The Drive Unit is a multiple uses Component that controls catheter and pump set operation. It drives the pump, regulates fluid inflow and outflow, and provides the operator with system setup prompts, pump operatring pressure, totalinfused saline volume, and system malfunction warnings. The system is activated by pressing a foot switch.

 

The drive unit activates the pump, monitors safety and assures balanced flow and volume of the saline solution. This monitoring and control allow the system to remain iso-volumetric. The single-use pump set pressurizes the saline that energizes the catheter and creates the vacuum.
