Return Policy:


Meena Medical Equipment Inc. will accept the return of any purchased equipment within one week from the receiving date. All accessories or parts opened or used after the purchase will  NOT be returned. All items considered in FAIR CONDITION are considered "AS-IS" Purchases.


All Items returned must have a Return Authorization Number. You can obtain this number by logging into your Meena Medical Account.




If the purchased item was defective or not in working condition when received, Meena Medical Equipment Inc. will accept the returning of the unit and either replacing it with another one or refund money if agreed, less the shipping cost.


If the item or the box was damaged upon receiving, you must report that with the Shipping Carrier and inform Meena Medical customer service and we will try our best to help you.


Any claims for damaged items or malfunction must be made within 7 days from receiving the item.


If item is returned for any reason other than defect or damaged, the customer will be responsible to pay restocking fee (25 % of the Items Price). Items are not accepted beyond 15 days of purchase.


The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of any item being returned to Meena Medical.


All returned items must be in the same condition received and should be packed good and shipped back to Meena Medical Equipment Inc. within less than 15 days of receiving the item with a Return Authorization Number. All shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.


For all International Orders: 

Return Policy does NOT apply to international orders. Funds must be transferred via Bank Wire transfer prior to shipping. Purchased items are considered "As-Is" Purchases.





Meena Medical Equipment Inc. offers a variable warranty on qualified Items.


The warranty does NOT include:


  • Rough handling or mis-handling
  • Any other tubing, cables or accessories
  • Shipping and handling charges


The warranty includes only the equipment, for repairing and calibration of the equipment in the event of a malfunction. Coverage is limited to a maximum amount of 75% of the purchased value.
