This economical device simplifies pre-operative insufflation for laparoscopic procedures. The Insufflation Needle connects easily to the OR air source; it allows easy, positive penetration into the patient peritoneum; and control of air supply is facilitated by a twist valve.
Insufflation Needle in the 120 mm size has application in gynecologic laparoscopy and other minimally invasive abdominal procedures for establishment of pneumoperitoneum.
Non-slip handle and air flow control allow single handed operation with confidence.
Precision ground 14-gauge needle has a beveled edge, ensuring easy penetration.
Indicator within the transparent handle is visible until the tip has entered the open space.
